Clearpath, Incorporated is a Delaware corporation with offices in Pasadena, Maryland, USA and Bucaramanga, Colombia. This policy covers this website and the ways you contact us through it. A real person reads every message sent to privacy@1clearpath.com.
What We Collect
When you send us a note, we collect your name, email, organization and your message. When you book a meeting, we collect your name, email and the time you choose. This site uses HubSpot analytics cookies to understand how it’s used, and only after you agree to them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
How We Use It
To answer you, to schedule and prepare for meetings, and to provide the services you ask us for. We don’t share it outside Clearpath except with the service providers that run this website and our customer records, such as HubSpot.
How Long We Keep It
Only as long as we need it to work with you. Ask us to delete it, and we will.
Getting a Copy or Removing Your Data
Use our data request form to get a copy of everything we hold about you, or to have it deleted. You can also email privacy@1clearpath.com. You don’t need to give a reason. We’ll confirm when it’s done. Every marketing email we send also has a link to unsubscribe.
Eymbr
This policy covers our website. Information you put into an Eymbr appliance is covered by your Eymbr agreement, not this policy.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top of this policy.
